Temagami VTEM REPORT

VTEM REPORT

A helicopter-borne versatile time domain electromagnetic (VTEMTMplus), horizontal magnetic gradiometer geophysical survey has been completed over the Temagami North East Arm project situated near Temagami, Ontario.

The total area coverage is 59 km2. Total survey line coverage 647 line kilometres. The principal sensors included a Time Domain EM system, horizontal magnetic gradiometer using two caesium magnetometers system. Results have been presented as stacked profiles, and contour colour images at a scale of 1:20,000. A formal Interpretation has not been included or requested.

Based on the geophysical results obtained, there is one anomalous zone observed. This anomaly is oriented NE-SW. EM anomalous zones can be seen in the TAU profiles and the calculated vertical magnetic gradient (CVG) profiles.

According to apparent resistivity depth images over all lines, the estimated depth of the top of the anomalous zones is approximately near surface to 100m deep. The resistivity range of the anomalies is approximately from 5 to 300 Ohm-m.
